IPC Phone question.

I support the IPC phone system at my work. I had a user ask me if there was a way to have the CNBC news audio feed come through their handset rather than the phone speaker. I have looked through the phone documentation and was unable to find the answer. Does anyone know if it is possible to have news audio feeds play through the handset?

Suggestions are welcome. Thank you ahead of time.
