IPC MAX turrets

Hi

Does anyone know there is a way to get into the IPC MAX turrets Admin mode, when it is not connected to the network.

We have a number of Turrets which where on DHCP we are now moving them to a Static IP, but we are unble to get into the Admin mode without it being conncet to the Network.
