IPC conference call issue

Hi,
we have a IPC turret system in our office without a support contract. It works great, however there's a problem with conference calls - when 3rd person is conferenced in, they come through very quietly to the second person.

I have no experience whatsoever with IPC systems. Is this a problem with a setting somewhere or is this a hardware/wiring problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

There can be numerous settings that are causing this you will need to be a little more specific on the scenarios.

1. Are all users on the Turret System?
2. Is the bridged user an off net user?
3. What version is the IPC Trading System?
4. Can this be reproduced regularly or is it off and on?
(meaning is it a specific user or across the board)

Thank you very much for the response. I have narrowed it down to be a wiring issue not related to IPC.
