Windows Server 2003 Standard R2
XP SP2 / RDP Client v6.0
My company is spread out over 3 locations. Right now I am doing initial discovery for a Plant Operations software that will be used each plant location. We use Terminal Services currently so we are thinking that placing this application on our TS will fulfill the sharing requirement. The software has the ability to use handheld devices such as iPAQ's to do barcode scanning. My question is, has anyone been able to use a handheld device that when docked, can be connected to an RDP session much like printers and local disk drives? If so, what was your experience? Thanks.
