ip9000.bin file in ADMIN3_0_580 1

I'm trying to uprgade an old 406v2 control unit currently running R2.0(16). I know that according to the Avaya docs, it should first go to 2.1, then 3.0, then 3.0(999) and so forth.. 3_0_580 was the oldest version I found on the support site, but I'm having trouble getting it to unzip. It seems stuck on one file named "ip9000.bin" and the file just keeps growing and growing and the unzip is taking forever. Does anyone know how large this file should be? Maybe the file is corrupted?

406v2 on 2.0(16)?? Really.

They didn't come out until 2.1(27)!!!

3.0(580) is DT software built on 2.1, it is not 'real' 3.0 s/w, and therefore not much good to a 406v2 as they were all DS.

You might want to look at what you have again, and then look at where you can go.
