Has anybody tried using the new PGD - IP8WW-2PGDAD-A (BE119937) on a SV9100 CP10?

I tried yesterday but could not get it to work. I have the jumpers both set for door phone but the system would not recognize that anything was connected to the digital port. It was a previously unused station port so it should have automatically recognized the device.

I have used them on the CP20 but this was the first time trying them on a CP10. Anybody have any luck getting them to work?

Hey conxtel,

Have you tried to manually set the port to "PGD Doorphone" in 10-03 : DLCA/CNF/IVR (Channel 1) Configuration?

Use WebPro. Unplug the page adapter. In 10-3 set the port to not set. Plug the unit back in. When you use PCPro to program one of the issues is that it programs all the ports as digital phone stations.

I got it working.

Using WebPro to manually set it to PGD wouldn't work, it would just flip it back to Not set when I clicked Apply.

I was bench testing it before taking it to the customer's site, wanted to make sure they were compatible with the CP10 first. I was connecting the IP8WW directly to the front of the 16DLCA card on my bench system with a 4C line cord. Turns out this doesn't work. Either have to use a 2C cord or wire it out to a jack. You can use the stock cord with MLT/SLT only. DSS and PGD won't work if directly connected to the DLCA.

Once I connected it to a jack, it came right up and 10-03 automatically assigned it as a PGD.
