IP5550 Install windows 10 2

Hello
Is there any reason the menu bar does not show up in windows 10 x64?
I have installed Version 4.2.2.19 on this OS and for some reason the menu bar (file etc) does not show up and I have not found a way to have it display.

The 5550 is not Win 10 compatible, nor will it ever be.

4.3.0.10 was the last 5550 version and that was only supported on win 7

your only option is to use windows 7 or upgrade to MiVB Console

Upgrading to MiVbConsole also requires MIVB 8 and above

MiVB Console 8.0 has been enhanced as follows.
Microsoft Windows 10
• Support for Microsoft™ Windows 10.
• The MiVB Console can be installed on any Windows 10 device.

You could also start the applicatiin in compatibility modus (windows 7)

Can confirm, Win7 compatibility mode works on a Win10 OS.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that not all versions of win 10 work in compatibility mode.

I've had sites that could no be made to work under any circumstances and others that had no issues.

Correction: Can confirm that the one time I was tasked with making it work in Win10, compatibility mode was successful. One time, no where near as many times as kwb.
