IP500V2 Static On Calls

Hello guys, we have static when we dial a PRI line that terminates to an IPO 500V2. The static is only heard by the users answering the calls, but not the caller.

We are using an Avaya Communicator and Avaya Agent Desktop applications. It's an IPO 500V2 connected to an IPO SE and ACCS.

The following has been done so far:
- changed the codecs a few times and tested
- unracked the gateway to test outside the server room

Calling between IPO SE and ACCS does not have static.

Any help is appreciated.
 
Try changing the PRI card.
Get the PRI line tested
