Facing a issue, enabled TLS, cleared the security settings and checked the certificate infos (DNS, SIP DOmain, etc), as a result deskphones register correctly via TLS, but no way to login with Workplace, the client does ot download the certificate and repy with an error, noticed that the TCS folder (which docs state should be automatically filled with the root-ca.pem) is empty and nothing about the WebRootCA.pem, is it correct? How to download the cert into the client (the certificate cannot be downloaded at all from IP500).
