IP500V2 SD Auto-attendant speech sounds garbled 2

SD Auto-attendant speech sounds garbled clears after a restart but comes back after a day.

Only thing thats different is they have 2 additional ports on the card.

Has anyone experienced this we are running the latest release of 6.0
Is any one running the SD card as a AA.

Yes, i have seen that.
Do you have an off site transfer on it ?

There is a private build for it but i am not sure if the SD card trouble is fixed on that one.

Raise a case for it.

Remove and replace sd card it is a release bug with R6

I have heard that crackling sound.
It has nothing to do with the SD card issue.
It is there also in 5.0 so it must be the EVM itself.
