IP500v2 Legacy Carrier w/IP400 Trunk 4 issues

Installed IP500v2 R8.1 Essentials Edition (verified valid license)
Combo, DS8, DS8, Legacy (Ip400 Analog Trk 4)

Manager not recognizing IP400 Analog Trk 4. Tried reseating trk 4 and legacy carrier with no luck.
Verified legacy carrier is good as I had a PRI on it previously
Was there more than 1 version of Analog Trk 4? Is it possible an earlier version of the card won't work on a legacy carrier in IP500v2 R8.1?
The card I have doesn't show a comcode but does have the following markings on it...
'PBA ANALOG 4 X PCS 02'
'ALOG4X TRUNK'
'IP400 OFFICE'

Any thoughts?

Yes there are 2 versions of the IP 400 Analog Trk 4. You need the one with SAP code 700359938. The one with 700185192 will not work with the Legacy Card carrier.
