IP500v2 Contactstore (Unable to batch download recordings client PCs)

Hey!. I installed Avaya Contactstore on Windows 2008 Server. Everything worked great until a couple of weeks ago. Supervisors cannot export recordings in batches. When they select the recordings they want to export and hit the button, it should ask for a destination folder where the files would be saved -nothin happens . They're able to export recordings one at a time,which is impractical. On the server everything works fine. Tried it in different PCs and is all the same, so I'm guessing it has to do something with Windows Security (firewall is disabled): a security policy, o security update or something. Any hints of what may be causing this?
