IP500V2 9.1.6 Audio Half Duplex During Calls and Voicemail

Hi,

I recently installed an IP Office R9.1 with Analog PSTN lines and IP phones. The system has 2 combo cards and a Phone2.
When a caller calls in, if they speak or there is loud background noise, the Auto Attendant cuts out until the sound/noise stops.
This also happens during person-to-person conversations. Echo cancellation and analog trunk settings are currently at default settings.
It is unknown thus far whether this happens on extension-to-extension calls. I will update with that information as soon as I can get onsite to test.

Ya but that does not explain the person to person calls, I would start by recreating the sd card also try a step upgrade to 9.1.7 or 8
 
When you installed the control unit did you make sure the IP phones firmware for your version made it onto the card? I see pretty often that the IP phones firmware does not make it and when you run mismatched firmware and control unit software all kinds of weird things can happen.
