Hi All,

I recently purchased a IP500 v2 phone system on one of the online auction. I reset the system to factory default, then I realized what I just did.
I should have save licenses keys. Now, all the keys are gone.
Could someone on this board have access to avaya, able to tell me what sort licenses I have in there.

The dongle serial number is 111315253433

I would much appreciate it ...

Thanks!

I'am afraid not.

Since these are reserved to the business partner that originally sold the licenses.

Well, I can tell you off hand that that serial number was registered to a B5800 gateway for a major airlines, and that all licenses were re-hosted to another system back in March.
If you paid for those licenses, you are out of luck.

I would try any file recovery software and try to recover the config file from SD card. Not sure if it would work but worth a try.

I don't want to try this but is the SD card wiped when a system is defaulted?

it will erase the configuration. pPut the sd card on your pc and look for Backup folder, you may find it there.

There is no licensing associated with this unit. Do you intend to use it as a Branch Gateway on Aura, or as a standalone IPO?
Since it was licensed as a Branch device, all of the licensing could have come from the core for its previous licensing. Knowing it was a branch i am not surprised that there are no entitlements assigned to it
