Just an observation, we have seen 3 IP500 V1's not power up after either power failure or shutdown to move them. Is this a pattern for anyone else?

only if you shut it down with the command, I had noticed that when I shut down the IPO with the shutdown command that I have to reboot it after powering up again to come back. It will work as soon as you just unplug it and power it back up and never needs a third reboot (or second depending what you count)

Give a tech a solution and he will be back tomorrow to ask you the next question, teach a tech how to read the manual and he will be able to solve the problems for a life time.

These dont power up at all after loosing power, definitely a hardware problem. Run for years, through reboots, but when they have power removed from the power supply, they cool down and never come back to life.

They have bad power supply.
