IP500 SIP Trunk Bouncing - Idle/OOS

Hey Guys - have an IP500 on 11.0.4 using a SIP trunk for inbound/outbound. While the trunk is up 23 hours of the day, it seems like once or twice a day or even every other day the SIP trunk will start bouncing and go back and forth between Idle & Out of Service. This will keep happening until we use system status and Manually force the Trunk Out of Service, and then back into service. Once we do so, the trunk stays up and happy again for several hours. There is no pattern as to when this happens, it appears to be very sporadic. Any idea's as to what could be causing this? Any options to look for?

You will have to take a look at a SIP trace to see what galena at that moment.
