In accord with documentation a daughter trunk card installed on an analog phone card should connect the first trunk to the first extension in the case of power failure. In another source it is indicated the fourth trunk is connected to the last extension.
On my installation, neither of this cases appears to be happening.
Someone else may have an experience on this and give me a tip to troubleshoot?

Thanks in advance.

from the docs:

During power
failure, PHONE port 1 is directly connected to ANALOG trunk port 2.

It also mentions that this is only available on the 8 analogue card and using a 4 port ATM daughter board.

and some conflicting data:

The Analog Phone 8 provides a power fail port when fitted with an
IP500 Analog Trunk daughter card. During power failure extension
port 8 is connected to the analog trunk port on 12.

I see what you mean!

This is the one:

This one is for the SOE:

For resilience, under power fail conditions Analog trunk port 2 is connected to POT extension port 1.
