This was just brought to my attention... I've looked through the IP500 system and can't find any option for this. If someone is calling an internal extension (4 digit dialing), is there an option available to show if the extension being called is in use (if the person is on the phone)? I know there is a DSS status option, which I may be able to configure a soft button for a user to show, if calling that user, if they are 'in use'... but I was looking for a more global option of just showing on the phone's display if a called extension is in use or not.

Is this possible??

Thanks!
Adam

Yes... very silly. Seems like a no-brainer to implement!

Yet they seem very reluctant to/incapable of implementing it, it has been asked for repeatedly for many years :)

Even an index can do it.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
