I'm new to telephony configurations and I have a problem with my IP4WW-24TXH that displays "MESSAGE 14" on the display and for internal extension calls, when calling this device, the busy signal appears after the user went to clean the device and clicked on a set of keys that remained in this status and I don't know how to remove.
