I have (12) IP412 systems to repair, rebooting. I fixed (6) of them; however, (2) are in the mud--blowing bubbles. Why, I did an AT-X on (2) of the (12) and lost the the first (2). I stopped using AT-X and was able to fix the other (6). I tried the procedures from Catalyst--step by step--and can't get an IP412.bin file to load. The IP412 does not like the BIN file and keeps asking for another one after the TFTP server in Manager sends a BIN file. I even found a BIN file from way back, ADMIN1_2_2.

I would like to save these two IP412 units. I am open to suggestions.

Thanks.

FaQ 940-5354 is also a good one (although quite old now)

remember the DTE prot should only be used when everything else has failed
& then AT-X2,AT-X3 to erase cfg should be tried first

AT-X is when the only other alternative is system replacement.

I do not Have A.D.D. im just easily, Hey look a Squirrel!
