IP412 got bad conference

Hi all,

anyone came across the IP412 can't make conference meet me.

the first group to make conference is always OK, but 2nd or coming parties heard nothing.. no beep tone.

is it Hardware issue or upgrade to 4.x or 5.x will solve??

whats the IPO on at the moment firmware wise?

when you to a trace in monitor, what does it tell you?

Those conference chips do go bad. You can try a power cycle (not just a reboot) of the 412 as well. I have a client with an old 403 that every 6 months or so now has issues with conf meet me. Sometimes they cannot join, sometimes they hear a high pitched noise. Power cycling the 403 cures it for another 6 months or so.

Telcomboy is right already had to replace units for bad conference chips

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
