I have inherited a IP406 pro which is being used as a conference bridge. I have a dual pri in module A. Once in awhile, the bridge would hang up and the former tech said to reboot the PC holding the VM pro files. I reset a couple days ago, and now I only get reorder when calling in. My trunks are sitting there idle when I look in system stats. The management side of things in the PC says it is offline. When I try to get it to go online, I can't as I do not get the option to login. Any help would be appreciated. I did download the IP 406 manual today and will start looking through that as well.

Thanks

Rich

Let me guess: the 406 is connected via PRIs to a CM?

I would check the following first:
is the VM Pro service started on the VM Pro pc? of not then start it if yes then:
do you have green lights on the 406 for the PRI lines? if not then there is a physical problem if yes then:
do the green line lights start to blink if you call the conf.bridge number on CM? if not then the number you send from CM is not recognied if yes then the target cannot be reached ( vm pro down )

Thanks for the help. What it turned out to be after much digging, was that the voicemail Pro software was not started under services of the control panel. The last person just added my password on top of his which did not match up. When I went back in and changed that password to my own and told it to start, away she went. Again, thanks for the post as I will need other help in the future I am sure.
