Does the IP400 So8 ISDN Module support DID'S.
(Canada)

thanks

Yes the So8, Can present DID (& CLI if Req)

to achieve this creat a shoret code as follows

SC:666 (or anthing else)
TN:.
Line group ID <OG line group of So Port)
Feature:Dial

If you now point yor incomming call routes to 666
the digits presented by you line provider will be passed on.
(check the help files for info on using "-" to match a whole block of DID using 1 incomming call route)

thanks...I guess this is why your called you the IPGURU!

Thanks again

s08 modules are a pain there is know programing info on them at, all even on the course they dont cover them.

So programming details can be found in the documents, but you have to look real hard.

They were covered on my alchemy course (@ alchemy when they were still in watford, UK)

Would DDI work for internal extensions. I want for example to create 10 extensions which forward to a port on the s0 unit and then have the hardware off the s0 route using the DDI info provided. Would I need to create 10 users with unconditional forwards to the shortcode for the S0?

Do you have to configure anything to make the port on the s0 a point to point port ?
