IP400 Phone30 Handsets Don't Ring

HEEEEELLLLPPPPP!!!!!!

Just replaced IP403/ArgentPhone30 with a new IPO406v2 and IP400Phone 30

The analogue handsets that used to ring in the ArgentPhone now don't ring in the IP400Phone30

Anything glaringly obvious I should be looking for?

Yes they do have PBX Master adaptors

Afternoon mattKnight

just ordinary bog standard home phone types ( with caller ID display) they were working fine with the old box

You can make outgoing calls, but if I call one ( say extn 214 ) from a DS Handset ( say extn 193 ) then 193 gets a ringing tone and 214 does nothing. even if you pick up 214 then 193 keeps the ringing tone.

Firmware - That old chestnut - upgraded from 4.1 to 5.2(55) and all is well
