Well, I tried Avaya's support site to try and figure this out and got noplace fast...here's the deal - hopefully straightforward...
I'm trying to salvage an IP400 Phone 8 expansion Unit by wiping it of its config and firmware (AT-X2, 3, etc.). However, it does not seem to boot at all...when I plug it in, the power light goes straight to amber and I get no loader messages or anything on my HT connection. Is this unit toast?
