We are using IP1140E as agents sets in CC 7 connected to CS1K 6.0. All sets are using headset.
When logging in to CC, the agents must lift the handset, before entering the agent ID. Same problem on CCAD or directly on the set.
Is there something that can be configured on the set to avoid lifting the handset for logging into CC?
