IP trunks and PC Consoles

I have 2 sites linked with IP trunks and DCS+ all is well and all features work fine apart form when the PC Console rings the far end. when this happens the PC Console cannot hear the far end until a noise is made or a word is spoken in to the PC Console headset. The Console is working fine in all other situations. both sites on Rel 9.5.

Any Ideas????

Might wanna play with your codec settings.
Codec keeps the line inactive until it gets activated by the first "data" routing over.
You might also notice it does this during conversation, if your line gets heavy loads.
I also found that the correct setup of IP QOS/prioritizing
in the network switches improved this as well.
