is there a way to duplicate the teleworker feature on a 3300 without the teleworker?

the situation is that my mbg died, but i have remote phones, so i need to duplicate its features.

i tried putting the phones on the same network as my 3300, but i get no audio, it is like the tcp traffic is fine but the udp traffic gets lost.

[li]can i put a static ip on the phone and route things that way, kind of like ip trunking but directly to the phone?[/li]
[li]can the i force the 3300 controller to take control for the udp traffic as well?[/li]
[/ul]

Im not sure that what you are saying is making sense?

do you have remote phones or are they on the same network as the controller.

if they are remote you need a means for them to do the following

- register to the controller
- send RTp to whatever is the other party
-if the other party is a handset the rtp streams peer to peer
- if the other party is a TDM trunk then the RTP streams from handset to the controller
- if the other party is a sip trunk then the RTP streams from the handset to the sip server

what happened to the mbg and why cant you just fix it ?
you must have had a license
programming a mbg is pretty simple
if HDD has failed you can get ISO images of MSL and MBG blade for reload.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
