We have this problem in a site where we installed a BCM50 R2
All extensions are IP sets ( around 15). The problem is on a random base some telephony get disconnected and reconnect (especially when making costs). I find a new alarm on the BCM every 10 min. The alarms are related to: Packet loss, Jitter, Round Trip Delay and Listing R Factor.

Here are some examples of the alarms:

Alarm 50508
Round Trip Delay Violation Warning: 58ms, nearDN: 233, source IP: 172.31.5.233, source port: 51024, destination IP: 172.31.1.229, destination port: 5200, ct 18, eT D, nLR 0, dR 0, bD 0, bL 0, gD 0, gL 0, eSD 0, aNL 0, aSP 0, rTT 3850

Alarm 50502
Packet Loss Violation Warning: 2%, nearDN: 232, source IP: 172.31.5.227, source port: 51006, destination IP: 172.31.5.230, destination port: 51000, ct 18, eT D, nLR 662, dR 0, bD 668, bL 7280, gD 0, gL 60, eSD 30, aNL 0, aSP 0, rTT 614

All the sets or on partial DHCP and Flat Network.

Sounds like a bandwidth issue. Is the voice & data sharing the same network? Did u segment the network into 2 vlans? One for voice & one for data?
