IP Telephone Sets question

I have an IP403 with vc for external remote IP users. Currently the IP sets cannot speak to each other, they are able to connect, you can see this on the screen of the sets, but physically you it sounds like dead air between the two.
The IP sets are able to call other non IP extensions no problem and are also able to call in and grab an external line and make calls.

Hi,

Make sure Allow direct Media Path under IP extension is not checked for those extensions. When two extensions are connected and the box is checked, the conversation is not going through the Control Unit but between extensions directly and could be blocked somewhere on the way...
