ip tcp intercept command doesnt work

Hi all,

I am having issues running the following command....

Router(config)#ip tcp intercept

It goes back with an unrecognized command error message.

Does somethin have to be enabled first for this command to work. I am looking to stop DOS attacks to a server within out internal network
Any ideas anyone????

What do you get when you type a ? after "ip tcp intercept " ?

There is more to the command than just that.
