IP Tables Rules Questions 1

Im currently building a firewall for a web server and have been trying to find info on rules. Im havin a hard time geeting my head around people that publish their personal scripts on a website and using their own varibles. Bassically i just need the raw rules for the follwoing services:

SMTP
POP
SSH
external SSH to an internal machine (192.168.0.110)
FTP
redirect web browsing to use SQUID
allow remote access to local web servers
drop fragmented ICMP messages
allow outgoing ping

Is this hard to do?
