Would someone be a ble to silplify IP Softphone for me. We have a new CM 6.0 install. What do we need to download from Avaya to get IP Softphone to work. The current version we have will not connect to a CM 6.0.

We also had problems using the SoftPhone on CM6.

Problems were solved by using the One-X Communicator.....
