IP Softphone Won't allow answer until clicking the "Answer" button

Using IP Softphone, 5.05, in telecommuter mode, routing calls to the home phone. The home phone rings, and when I answer it, there's nothing there, until I click the "Answer" button. I have other users that this doesn't happen to. Any ideas?
