IP Softphone: What ports to open?

Hello,

Can anyone shed some light regarding which ports I need to open on my firewall to allow IP Softphone users to connect?

I've allowed traffic on UDP ports 1719 and 1720, which both point to the CLAN card. Obviously I'm missing smoething else, since I cannot connect from the outside.

You may need to look into this document. I couldn't find the port number or range other than the UDP...hope this helps

Jason,

Try opening TCP 1037 along with UDP 1719 and 1720. If RTP and RTCP services are required, check your network region settings to determine what the UDP range is.
