IP Softphone problem (maybe)

Hey guys,

I've just installed IP softphone R6 on a bunch of laptops and it works perfectly. No problems what-so-ever and quality is great.
However, I do have an issue when I install the client on a PC (desktop). It takes the settings and logs in fine, but you don't get audio from the guy logged in a the Desktop.
I had this problem when I tested the softphone on some laptops but it soon discovered that both the speaker and the mic at the bottom of the softphone gui need to be green and in this case they are.
the only difference I can see is the audio and sound devices are different on his PC???????

Any ideas???

run the tuning wizzard and select the recording and playback devices.
