IP Softphone over broadband

I have a G3Si R11 and can get the softphone working great on our lan, but can't seem to get it working over broadband. Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
check your ip routing table, both ip 400 and ip 600 uses static routing table.
 
We have kind of the same setup ....

*Using an IP 600 at Site A ....to 2 point to point
data T1 circuits ...add some 4606 extensions at site A
setup up Clan connection .....(callsvc address)
NOT USING DHCP RATHER STATIC

Site B
*Extension 4601
Cisco router > firewall > to hub > IP 4606D phone
load TFTP server on local workstion(Filesvc Address)
load latest and greatest from Avaya.com
setup phone addresses ...phone is working but the issue is with the long delay is getting intercom dialtone ...
sometimes up to 5 minutes or more

Site C
*Extension 4602 & 4603
Cisco router > firewall > to hub > (2) IP 4606D phones
load TFTP server on local workstion(Filesvc Address)
load latest and greatest from Avaya.com

is there something we missed at the Ip 600 end
watching the TFTP server you can see it go through
finding 46xxx settings.scr and so on .....

entered all the info correct on the IP phones

phone address ( ip address)local address at site B & C

callsvc (Clan address at the IP 600 site)

callsvc port 1719

router (Gateway at Site B & C)

mask (netmask at Site B & C)

filesvc ( IP address where TFTP is loaded at site B &C)

FYI
*We removed the firewall from all 3 setups for testing purpose ....worked like a charm .....staus of the phone
at the IP 600 end shows the AUDIO (uses the Medro)
showing 59770 as the port used ask that the Data Vendor
leave 50000 range open as it graps I'm told different ports
within the range ......
