In the past I used to be able to have my softphone opened and use the autodialer that comes with Outlook Express to make a call. Now for whatever reason it's trying to use my fax modem to make the calls. In the dialer options under "connect using line" it lists my fax modem, IPCONF LINE, and H323 Line. If I change it to the H323 Line I get an internal error in Outlook. Anyone have any ideas how I can use my contacts in Outlook and make a call with my Softphone. The softphone is a 2050 Build 255. Thanks!

An internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer. Close the dial phone dialog box, and then open it again.

I've tried it on 2 different PC's and I get the same error.

Rls 2 versions of the 2050 do not support a TAPI interface - which is used for dialing from Outlook.
