I have working IP comm. on my Laptop but wish to use the inbuilt camera- when I click on the video option on the screen it prompts me for the VT product can any other camera e.g inbuilt one work. Has anyone got it working- thanks

You will need the latest VT Advantage software (or at least 2.0) for a non Cisco camera to work. What version of VTA are you using?

Are you saying that it's possible to use a camera other that CISCO ?

Yes, as of Unified Video Advantage (AKA VTA) version 2.0 Cisco will support third party cameras. Personally I use a Logitech camera.

The latest code out there is 2.0(3)
