Is There a Patch File can I Install it on BCM400 beacause I have a laptop with Windows7 software but the softphone Rls2 is not compatable with this operating system

For release 2 on the 2050 Softphone, have you tried the upgrade_setup_264.exe to see if it works OK on windows 7?.

Windows 7 requires the latest Softphone Version 4. This will be released by Nortel in late May.
