We currently have Release 6 for our BCM50. We are running an IP Softphone 2050 v 4.1 with an Algo 4900 USB ATA adapter connected to the computer. The problem we are having is there is no information getting passed to the analog phone that is connected to the Algo unit. The only information we see displayed on the analog phone is "External Call". With a CLID unit "No Data Sent" is displayed. The information that is displayed on the 2050 window should be the same information that is passed through the Algo and then displayed on the analog phone. I have sent our Algo unit back to Algo Solutions for testing and they say it works correctly. I have gone through the settings on our BCM with Algo technical support and everything seems to be set correctly as they have a BCM450 but I don't know what release they have. As Avaya recommends the Algo 4900 USB ATA adapter you would think it would be straightforward to set up. Any help would be appreciated.
