Would anyone know where I could get the

IP Softphone 2050 Version 2.01.0255 Software.

Looking to install this on a Windows 7 PC connecting to a BCM400 Version 4.0. The softphone 2050 Version 3 & 4 require a licensed server and license so hoping to get 2.01.0255.

I don't have that version, but do have 2.02.0264. Have you checked out the Avaya website?.

You can download the i2050 version 2.01 from your BCM400. Alternatively, you can also download it from any BCM50 R3 system. I personally have 2.01 0260 - but 2.02 0264 would be probably better (four builds newer - probably some patches included). Any 2.0x version should work fine with your BCM400.
