Is the latest version called IP COmmunicator?

IP SOft Phone and IP commnunicator are two different and somewhat distinct products

I'm trying to look for the latest soft phone to download and install using 4.1(3).

I'll keep looking on Cisco's site. Trying to set this up for the first time so I apologize and thanks for clearing that up.

When I run the software is states, "Please select the line you wish to control" and in the box there are no lines.

I setup a CTI port and was expecting that to be there. Any ideas? I also reset the CTI port just incase...

Did you associate the CTI port to the User???

I did and stii same issue.

I ended up using IP COmmunicator and it works great from my overseas location all the way to the East as well as West coasts!

IP Communicator is a lot better and easier to setup
also you needed to assocciate the user with the softphone
