can register unless it is connected to the network. This sounds like it is either unplugged, or has not gone through its configurtion (entering Node/TN) information. Can you have someone validate what is on the display?

Does your network have restricted access? ie if you had a laptop, do you need to run a VPN client if you connect from home before you get access to the internal network? If so, your phone will probably have the same restrictions too. You will need to solve that issue before it will connect, so I would say you need to start by talking to your network administrator to see what solutions he may have.
