anyone know how to get the( Succession ) banner off the i2000 IP Line sets.Upgraded to succesion 3.0 and now Succesion is displayed on all the IP sets.

Look for Electronic Brandlining in the Features guide. It is configured in LD 17.

in cdb, in ld 21 print out, towards the bottom

go to ld 15 and change cdb and when you get to that prompt (sorry i don't know the prompt off the top of my head) change. you will need the second level password to change. This is so people dont put "my boss sucks" on all the phones. This is standard with succession.

Spoke with Nortel and they stated succesion cannot be taken off. we have our banner on the sets but succesion is also displayed.
