Ip Sets on NCP-500

I'm trying to figure out if I need a card or license to activate an IP set. I checked activated features under activation key and it says I have 4 ip trunk channels and 8 ip proprietary telephone channels on the Voip-Dsp card. When I click on IP phone registrations, it gives me error E000307 saying proper card is not installed or status is not correct? Also since I was looking at licensing, what does 5 CA basic users? Call Center Agents?

I played with the configuration more. I no longer get the error message as the ipext32 and sipext32 are now in the virtual slots. The phone is a Panasonic kx-ut670. I can ping the PBX but still cannot register the phone.

Can this phone be registered as an IP phone or do I need a SIP licence?

SIP License. The pre-installed are for IP Phones and not SIP
