I have a customer who has his ip sets set up on lan 2, he is using 10.10.11.xxxx for the IP scheme for the ip phones.
Lan 1 is configured with a 192.168.1.xxxx and is uplinked to his data network so he could manage the system.
I need to register a phone on the 192.168.1.xxxx (lan1) side of the network so a user could use an ip phone from home via VPN. I can register the phone on lan 1 and it works but I can not call the ip phones on the lan 2 network, I do not want to converge the 2 networks because everything else work perfect.
How can I get the 2 networks to talk to each other?

How do you program the routes and where do you program them?

both LAN 1 & LAN 2 will need to be plugged into separate interfaces on a router (most commonly a cisco router). Then you'll need to build a route on the cisco to allow those 2 networks to talk to each other.

Am I correct when I say the BCM can not do this on its own.
