i did a cracked thing

I emailed a coworker and let her have it. I was a coward and sent it from
my yahoo account. anyway it caused a big stink..
I emailed this from my new work and am wondering if our work IP can be traced. will this show up on the email or will Yahoo give this out, it's a pretty big company..

also my yahoo account was suspended.. i mean it wasn't a threating email or anything..but anyway.

help me out, can this be traced back to our ip better yet my computer????

You're at a new job and you sent a nasty email to a coworker? That's not a great way to keep a job. You must not like it very much. It must have been a pretty bad email if Yahoo suspended your account for it. They may have logs but I doubt they'd be willing to share the IP address with your employer.

But you never know! Act like an adult and this sort of thing won't happen in the future. :)

When using Microsoft Outlook, open an external mail then in the menubar click on View and then click on Options.
You can see the Internet-headers. Use your mouse to select the whole text and copy the text.
Start notepad and paste the text. You now see the information which is 'publicly' available inside the e-mail message.
Your Coworker can do the same with your e-mail message.
(I guess that Murphey's Law applies to e-mail too :-D)
