IP scanner to find share programs on network.

Hello,

got a little problem have some users on my network who are using limewire or some some share program to D/L. it's eating up A LOT of bandwidth. is there something i could use to find the IP's or machine who is using the program?

DO you have a decent firewall that will show you the activity?

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
