Does anyone know of a program that will scan a subnet for IPs and return if the IPs are static or DHCP?

Only the DHCP server would know, so there is no need to scan.
the angry zebra IP scanner is a fine IP scanner, but DHCP is not scannable, so it does not show it.
I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
